*All food vendor licenses and permits must be submitted with application. it is the responsibility of each food vendor to comply with the Allegheny Health Department guidelines.*

This event will take place rain or shine. Sorry, no refunds.

III. GUIDLINES FOR PARTICIPATION - STANDARD CONTRACT FORM

LOCATION: Along Center Ave in the heart of the Hill District between Center Ave. & Addison St., Center Ave. & Grove St.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS.                                                                                                              

  • COMPLETE APPLICATION

  • THE SALE OF MERCHANDISE MUST BE MADE WITHIN YOUR DESIGNATED SPACE.

  • ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE ID VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES (PROVIDED BY AALF).

  • THE SALE OF RAFFLE TICKETS OR TRIPS BY VENDORS IS PROHIBITED.

  • DEMONSTRATION ARTISTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SELL GOODS AND SERVICES.

GENERAL INFO.                                                                                                                                            

  • AALF WILL PROVIDE A 10X10 UNCOVERED SPACE.

  • ELECTRICITY, WATER HOOK-UPS, AND STORAGE FOR SUPPLIES & MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

  • FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN CONTAINERS TO PROPERLY DISPOSE OF THEIR COOKING GREASE.

    • THE VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES THAT MAY BE ASSESSED BY THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH IF GREASE IS DISPOSED OF IN THE VENDOR'S ASSIGNED AREA.​

    • THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL REQUIRE A LICENSE OR PERMIT FOR THIS EVENT. THIS FEE MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO ALLEGHENY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. FOR MORE INFORMATION, CONTACT ALLEGHENY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT 412-578-0444.

  • ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER DISPOSAL OF FOOD, ICE, OR OTHER GARBAGE.

  • ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL PROVIDE GOODS AND SERVICES THAT ARE APPROPRIATE FOR FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENTS. THE USE OF PROFANITY, OBJECTIONABLE LANGUAGE, AND OBJECTIONABLE BEHAVIOR IS PROHIBITED.

  • NO ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL OR COUNTERFEIT GOODS WILL BE SOLD OR MADE AVAILABLE. AALF HAS RESERVED THE RIGHT TO SHUT DOWN ANY VENDOR, ARTIST, OR NONPROFIT.

  • REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SELL, TRANSFER, OR LEND THEIR INTEREST(SPACE) IN THE FESTIVAL TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY
